About B. M. Whealton -
Web Developer/Writer/Publisher
B. M. Whealton attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Computer Engineering, in 1989. Prior to the explosion of the internet B. M. Whealton worked as a co-op student employee for Digital Equipment Corporation, which was the biggest company in the area of networking before the Internet and the World Wide Web. B. M. Whealton, worked as a software engineer employed with the National Science Center, doing programming as part of the design for the network of exhibits in the museum.
After working for a while in the field of Social Work, B. M. Whealton returned to the technical field of Web Development and Web Design. B. M. Whealton also brings experience in the fields of creative and technical writing. He designed, developed and worked as a webmaster for an online/internet/web-based poetry magazine called Word Salad. Word Salad is still in publication, now in its 14th year of publication on the web at: http://wsmagazine.net
